So Many Toys, So Many Colors is an engaging AAC-supported children’s book designed to support early language development through play, color exploration, and interactive storytelling. Children discover a world of toys and colors as they explore playful actions like throw, crash, bang, scoop, dig, and shake. From an orange balloon and a bouncy purple ball to a soft brown teddy bear and a choo-choo train, each page invites children to notice colors, explore movement, and interact with the story in meaningful ways. Created by a speech-language pathologist, this book supports children with a wide range of communication styles, including AAC users, emerging communicators, and early language learners. It naturally lends itself to speech therapy activities, AAC modeling, and shared reading experiences at home, in therapy sessions, and in special education classrooms.
